The Nunthorpe and Marton Recreation Trust requires Volunteers for the following roles to allow our charity to continue to thrive and prosper for the benefit of our surrounding communities. These roles can be casual, or Director based with commitment to suit the individual.

Information Technology:
Research and implement new technology, software, data and information storage, holding GDPR paramount and holding governance over the charity use of IT, working in collaboration with all internal partners.

Marketing:
Promotion of charity facilities and Objects to local communities and prospective customers. Marketing to develop campaigns via, email, social media, branding, advertising, website modernisation, SEO development and target audience identification demographics. Working in collaboration with all internal partners.

Sales:
Develop business revenue and sales model to create plans, strategies, relationships and partnerships whilst providing excellent customer service. Working in collaboration with all internal partners.

Funding:
Develop grant funding initiatives to promote the overall objectives of charity and its sporting sections. Researching, identifying, developing and delivering grant, trust, foundation, and service level funded activities, projects, and services. Preparing fundraising strategies and regular updates, working in collaboration with all internal partners.

Secretary:
Organise efficient and smooth running of meetings, prepare agendas and accurately record decisions and actions and subsequent outcomes in minutes. Monitor regulatory requirements relating to charity structure and procedures. Ensure all decisions align with the charity objects, continuing to provide public benefit.

Treasurer:
Managing charity finances, banking, budgets and revenue inputs. Researching development budget requirements and feasibility reports to develop and promote the charity objects. Highlight potential efficiencies within the charity facilities, highlighting risk potential and mitigation plans. Working in collaboration with all internal partners to determine specific financials.
