It is with regret that we inform you the charity has once again been targeted by acts of antisocial behaviour. This evening, unauthorised access to the fields by a group of youths has resulted in deliberate damage to several fencing panels and the uprooting of young trees – trees that were planted recently as part of a community-driven initiative to enhance our shared green space.
We must be clear: unauthorised access to the fields is trespassing, and such behaviour will not be tolerated. CCTV has now been downloaded to identify the individuals and police have been informed .

These spaces are maintained by the charity not only for the benefit of our members, but for the wider local community. The trees and facilities represent a shared investment in the future of our area and it is disheartening to see the actions of a few put that at risk.
We respectfully ask that all parents and guardians speak with their children about the importance of respecting community spaces. We also urge residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious or unsupervised activity on the fields to help us protect these assets for everyone’s benefit.
Our volunteers work tirelessly to improve and maintain these facilities, and we simply cannot continue to divert valuable resources to repair needless damage.
Together, let’s send a clear message: antisocial behaviour is not welcome in our community.
Thank you for your ongoing support and cooperation.
