The NMPFA regretfully announce that Colin Geddes has stepped down from his position as Football Representative and Trustee of the NMPFA, effective immediately.

The Chairman and Executive would like to take this opportunity to formally thank Colin for his support during the critical transition period from the previous NMPFA administration to the current team, following the AGM in July 2024. His efforts have been instrumental in helping guide the association through this change, and we are appreciative of his contribution.

While the Trustees are naturally disappointed by Colin’s decision, we respect his choice and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

The current Board of Trustees remains fully committed to continuing the development and improvement of the Charity’s operations, with a steadfast focus on transparency, professionalism and the best interests of our members.

Over the coming days, all formal administrative processes will be completed, including the removal of Colin Geddes from his role as a Trustee of the NMPFA.

A vacancy position for a football representative will be advertised in due course to help continue and maintain the good progress made in recent months.

The Trustees remain committed to serving the needs of our members and ensuring the continued success and integrity of the Charity.
