NMPFA Progress Update – Working Together for a Better Future

We would like to share the latest progress updates across NMPFA and thank all our members for their continued support, patience, and understanding as we work through several important improvement projects.

1. Padel Up – Planning Application Update

We are pleased to confirm that the recent Padel Up application has now been referred to the Planning Meeting, which is scheduled to take place in September 2026.

We will provide members with a further update on the outcome shortly after the meeting. This project represents an exciting opportunity for NMPFA, and we look forward to sharing the next steps with you.

2. Kitchen Refurbishment – Progress Underway

The kitchen upgrade and refurbishment project is currently underway, and we are making good progress.

We are hopeful that the snack bar and kitchen facilities will be available again once staff training has been completed, with a possible reopening later in July. We appreciate everyone’s patience while these improvements are carried out and look forward to providing an improved service for our members.

3. Foyer Decoration Works

The foyer decoration project is also underway, with works progressing well.

We are hopeful that all remaining work will be completed shortly, creating a refreshed and welcoming entrance area for everyone using our facilities. Thank you to our members for your patience and cooperation while these improvements take place.

4. Football Season Preparations

The football season is just around the corner, and the football section is already preparing for what we hope will be another successful and enjoyable season.

Pitch preparations are in full swing, and the team behind the scenes is working hard to ensure everything is ready for players, coaches, and supporters.

5. New Security Door System – Final Stages

Our major new security door system project is progressing well, and we are now entering the final stages of completion.

This important upgrade has been designed to improve the safety and security of our members, visitors, and facilities. We recognise that projects of this scale can take time to deliver, and we sincerely thank everyone for their patience and support. The finish line is now in sight, and we look forward to seeing the benefits of this improvement.
