Annual General Meeting – Member & Community Engagement
The Trustees of Nunthorpe Marton Playong Fields associtaion (Nunthorpe & Marton Community Trust ) are required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year in line with their governance responsibilities.
At the AGM:
- Key officer roles for election — Treasurer, and Nunthorpe Resident Rerpresentative — are formally put forward for election or re-election
- The Chairman presents his annual report and 2025.2026 financial accounts
- Strategic direction, performance, and future priorities are reviewed
The AGM is a key forum for transparency, accountability, and community input. The views of members and local residents are actively considered and help shape ongoing decision-making.
