We are inviting all sporting members and residents of Nunthorpe, Marton and Ormesby to attend our Annual General Meeting, which will take place on:

Time: 7:00 PM
Where: The Recreation Club
At this meeting, the current Board of Trustees will formally resign and a vote will be held to elect new Committee members. Positions available include:
+ Chairman
+ Treasurer
+ Secretary
+ Ward Representatives for Marton & Nunthorpe
A full agenda and annual reports will be circulated one week before the meeting.
The outgoing trustees will also present a review of the 2024/25 highlights and share exciting plans for 2025/26.
We encourage as many of you as possible to attend, take part and shape the future of this vital community charity.
